Stryker is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager for Sports Medicine to lead the Northern Italy sales team, spanning hospitals and operating theatres, and to drive growth across the region.
You will be responsible for delivering sales performance, developing talent, and strengthening strategic customer partnerships, while ensuring operational excellence and accurate forecasting. Extensive travel (≈70%) is required.
