VAT in 2024 and employs 5000 staff members across 10 countries.JOB DESCRIPTIONReporting to the Supplier Developer Manager, your mission is to work closely with the brands planning and sourcing team in order to improve lead time, quality and costs.TASKSIdentify opportunities to improve service and costLead negotiations with suppliers (move to fast flow, improve performance, penalties, …)Support the onboarding of new suppliers: present our logistic requisites, end‑to‑end process, understand how their supply chain worksTrack KPIs and identify the impactsFollow up with brands who do not comply with our contract agreements and define an action plan with themFollow up on the achievement of those action plansFollow up on penalties by brandsBuild and animate relevant reporting and conduct ad‑hoc analysisOrganize meetings and prepare material for brands and other Veepee teamsLead new projects related to brands supply chain (pallet ID)MUST HAVE SKILLS3 to 5 years experience ideally in supply chain logistics or salesWritten and oral interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your communication to your interlocutorsStrong negotiation skills and willingness to be part of a collective successProblem‑solving approachAnalytical and synthesis skillsGood level of Excel and presentation toolsFluent in EnglishNICE TO HAVE SKILLSStrongly committed and good team playerCuriosity and attention to detail is keyProficiency both spoken and written in FrenchBENEFITSVariable bonusOpening hours flexible & flexibility about holidays and permitsThe dynamic and creative environment within international teamsThe variety of self‑education courses on our e‑learning platformTeam buildings & afterworksHybrid work model with the possibility to smartworking 2 days a weekFree afternoon on your birthdayRECRUITING PROCESS1 HR interview2 Manager interviewAll our positions are open to people with health conditions or impairments.
