The Role As Senior Forward Deployed Engineer at Kyndryl, you will design and implement cutting-edge architectures that merge advanced data platforms with AI-driven solutions — including generative and agentic AI — to enable intelligent, scalable, and secure enterprise systems that accelerate innovation and business value. You will:
- Define and implement modern data architectures leveraging cloud-native technologies, data lakes, and real-time streaming platforms.
- Design AI-driven solutions — including generative and agentic AI frameworks — integrated with enterprise workflows.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, AI governance, and model lifecycle management to ensure reliability and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale AI and data initiatives, driving adoption across the organization.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to keep the company at the forefront of AI and data transformation.
- Proven experience designing cloud-native AI and data architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong expertise in AI technologies: generative AI, agentic AI, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of MLOps, AI governance, and model deployment at scale.
- Solid understanding of data platforms, including data lakes, real-time streaming, and event-driven architectures.
- Ability to define integration patterns between AI services and enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI orchestration tools and agent frameworks.
- Exposure to vector databases, semantic search, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation initiatives.
