You will be responsible for the transition from design to production in the automotive sector, optimizing processes and ensuring quality.About This VacancyLead the industrialization of new products in the automotive sectorEnsure production processes are efficient and aligned with quality standardsCollaborate with engineering teams to guarantee manufacturabilitySupervise installation and testing of production equipmentManage and maintain technical documentation (e.g., FMEA, work instructions, control plans)Work in a dynamic, technical environment with international growth opportunitiesContribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiativesWhat We Expect From YouDegree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Management Engineering (or equivalent)At least 3 years’ experience in process engineering or industrialization (preferably within the automotive sector)Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process analysis toolsExperience with CAD (e.g., CATIA, Creo), PLM software, and MES systemsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and BOMsLeadership, results orientation, and ability to work in cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and communication skillsFluent in English; German is a plusWhat You Can Expect From UsTMC is an international high-tech consultancy company that brings expertise to its clients to support them in realizing their technological challenges.
