Primo in Italia per numero di strutture gestite e dipendenti, ha necessità di ampliare il team di Ricerca e Selezione; stiamo cercando un / una Senior Recruiter che condivida la passione per le persone e la voglia di fare la differenza ogni giorno. Responsabilità: Gestirai in autonomia progetti di ricerca e selezione per profili socio-sanitari (OSS, infermieri, educatori, coordinatori, ecc.) Collaborerai con i referenti di struttura per comprendere bisogni, contesti e priorità Utilizzerai in modo creativo canali tradizionali e digitali per attrarre talenti Accompagnerai i candidati lungo tutto il percorso di selezione, garantendo un’esperienza positiva e trasparente Contribuirai all’evoluzione del team, portando idee e soluzioni per migliorare i processi di recruiting Chi cerchiamo: energica, curiosa e determinata Hai esperienza nel recruiting (idealmente in ambiti caratterizzati da grandi volumi), padronanza degli strumenti digitali e desiderio di lavorare in squadra con spirito costruttivo e orientamento al risultato.
