Customer Service Agent – Slovenian speaker(Sofia, Bulgaria) Location: Sofia, Bulgaria | On-site Employment Type: Full-time Languages: Slovenian + English Role Overview We are looking for a Slovenian-speaking Customer Service Agent to join a dynamic team in Sofia. You will assist customers across multiple channels, providing professional support and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat Provide accurate information on products and services Resolve issues efficiently and professionally Maintain high customer satisfaction standards Follow company policies and procedures Schedule Monday to Saturday: 09:00 – 23:00 Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00 Rotational shifts within these hours Salary & Benefits Monthly gross Salary: €1,900/month On-site role with full training and support Opportunity to work in a multilingual environment Career growth opportunities within the company Requirements Slovenian + English (fluent) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work on-site in Sofia Flexibility to work rotational shifts #J-18808-Ljbffr
