This role supports the HR needs of managers and employees across multiple European countries.We are looking for a senior HR professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands‑on, operational mindset. Someone who enjoys “doing” as much as “guiding,” and thrives in a dynamic, fast‑evolving environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, resilient in the face of change, and passionate about growing in a healthy, sustainable way.The People Partner plays a key role in enabling our growth and operations by delivering high‑quality HR services throughout the employee lifecycle, implementing and reinforcing compliant HR policies and practices, and fostering a positive, engaging, and productive work environment. A strong understanding of service‑based business models and client‑centric logic is highly valued.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.These results are achieved by :Partner with HR leadership to understand business needs across Europe and support day‑to‑day HR operations.Manage the full employee lifecycle : hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits, absence management, employee data, compliance, and employee relations.Ensure data integrity across HR systems and tools.Act as liaison between Shared Services (HR, Finance, Legal) and internal stakeholders.Manage interactions with authorities and external providers related to C&B, social security, and mobility.Support the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.Administer HR programs including performance and talent management, recognition, morale, development, leaves, disciplinary matters, and investigations.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws.Stay current on HR trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, including AI applications in HR.Support international mobility and relocation processes.Guide stakeholders through sensitive conversations and transitions.Lead or support initiatives in training, diversity, inclusion, and engagement.Act as an ambassador for company culture and support internal communication.Demonstrate commitment to DE&I through inclusive behaviors and proactive bias management.EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB :TravelNormally this position will not require travel, but this requirement may varyHoursfull‑time, normal working hours, from Monday to FridayQualificationsMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :Minimum of 8-10 years of previous HR operations experience, out of which 3-5 years within an international environmentProven working experience of employment‑related laws and regulations in more than one European country : Italy is mandatory, Spain and Portugal would be ideal, any other country would be a plus.Fluent in English and Italian.
