Greentalent, recruiter specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di professional e manager nei settori Energy, Engineering e Environment, per conto di multinazionale leader in ambito Management Consulting ed Engineering & Technical Advisory, ricerca un/a: Senior Consultant Engineer/Project Manager – Thermal Technologies Il/la candidato/a ideale ha maturato una significativa esperienza nel settore della Power Generation e, in particolare, si è specializzato/a nelle Thermal Technologies con particolare riferimento a Waste to Energy, biomasse e CCGT. Gradite anche competenze su tecnologie innovative nell’ambito della decarbonizzazione (CCUS, idrogeno, power-to-x…). La risorsa opererà come focal point nel contesto di progetti di Technical Advisory e di Owner Engineering: avrà quindi il compito di definire strumenti e modalità operative, di coordinare l’attività dei colleghi e di curare la relazione con i clienti, attraverso un approccio pragmatico orientato all’esecuzione dei task anche in prima persona. L’attività di consulenza, svolta all’interno del team di Engineering & Technical Advisory, potrà avvalersi della collaborazione con la struttura di Management Consulting ed è indirizzata ai primari operatori industriali, finanziari e istituzionali del settore, con lo scopo di supportare valutazioni di sviluppo, investimento ed ottimizzazione degli assets. Requisiti: Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria; Solida conoscenza dell’industria della Power Generation con un focus tecnico su CCGT, biomasse o WtE; Ottima capacità di analisi, sintesi e presentazione di dati e informazioni complesse; Conoscenza dei principali tools di valutazione di producibilità degli asset; Conoscenza eccellente della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta. Gradita la conoscenza di una terza lingua. Costituirà un titolo preferenziale aver maturato un’esperienza specifica come Process Engineer e successivamente Project Manager in società di Engineering, consulenza ingegneristica o EPC Contractor operanti nel settore specifico della Power Generation. Completano il profilo ottime capacità di relazione e dialogo, gestione della complessità, ragionamento strutturato, elevata autonomia e proattività nell’impostazione ed esecuzione delle attività, adattabilità al contesto e curiosità intellettuale.
