The Client Solutions team are responsible for campaign execution and success, working closely with the Brand Partnerships team to deliver a first-class service to clients. Working with the top agencies and brands across Europe to educate and inform about the exciting evolution of TikTok.ResponsibilitiesBuild and progressively growth client portfolio by securing win-win business opportunity, throughout the different sales cycle (acquisition, retention and upsell)Execute effectively based on KPI metrics (targets, goals and / or strategic objectives) set by the management teamDrive education on product, company updates and share company best practices as relevant to client or agencies' businessWork and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross functional teams, support the team to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for client partnersAid the team in educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately helping to grow existing business, helping the team manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners)Plan media activation and keep accurate record of all pending and active campaign plans, assist to maintain campaign schedule and availability of ad placementsWork with the product and campaign execution team to ensure ad specifications and rates are accurate as well as being responsible for the reporting of and optimization of campaignsMinimum QualificationsPerformance experience is a must havePrevious experiences within sales rolesKnowledge and proven expertise in the strategic planning and sales approachSelf-starter, fast learner with a start-up spiritExperience in managing campaigns across multiple adv solutions and placementsPreferred QualificationsDetail oriented, with exceptional organisational skillsAble to coordinate different stakeholders' interests and requests at the same timeExperience in client facing role and ability to speak to C-Level stakeholdersExperience in managing highly structured businessDeep understanding of the measurement solutions and how to leverage those to prove TikTok value to clientsExcellent verbal and written Greek and English communication skills, due to working with vendors / external stakeholders in the greek market#J-18808-Ljbffr
