Descrizione azienda Synergie Italia SPA, filiale di Firenze, seleziona per importante realtà con punti vendita sull’intero territorio nazionale un / una :STORE MANAGER Posizione La / lo Store Manager riporterà all'Area Manager e al Direttore Vendite e si occuperà delle seguenti attività :della supervisione, dell'organizzazione, della formazione e la motivazione del team di lavoro;della corretta gestione del prodotto (ricevimento, conservazione ed esposizione);dell ordine e della cura degli spazi e delle attrezzature di vendita;della gestione amministrativa e dello sviluppo commerciale del punto vendita;del rispetto delle normative e delle procedure aziendali;dell'accoglienza e fidelizzazione della clientela;delle vendite in negozio.Requisiti La persona che stiamo cercando possiede i seguenti requisiti :passione per il settore delle calzature ;esperienza nel ruolo come store manager / assistant store manager / department manager nel settore retail ;capacità di gestione di un gruppo di lavoro;capacità di leadership e di organizzazione;problem solving;orientamento al risultato;disponibilità ad iniziare formazione di 3 settimane fuori regione ;disponibilità a lavorare su turni dal lunedì alla domenica.Altre informazioni Si offre inserimento diretto in azienda e contratto a tempo indeterminato ; formazione iniziale di 3 settimane fuori regione.
