Procurement & Expeditor Coordinator Energy, Oil & Gas Project

General Description of Role and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate procurement activities for projects in the MENA and Europe regions including sourcing bidding and negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.Expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.Monitor and track project budgets and expenses related to procurement.Collaborate with project managers and other team members to identify procurement needs and develop procurement plans.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local and international laws and regulations.Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and vendors and evaluate their capabilities and pricing.Prepare and maintain procurement documentation including purchase orders contracts and supplier agreements.Assist with contract negotiations and manage contract changes and amendmentsProvide regular updates and reports on procurement activities to project managers and senior management.Qualifications Experience Knowledge and SkillsBachelor Degree from an accredited university.Work experience of 8years in the sought discipline after earning the BSc degree.Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects.Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.Key SkillsEngineering Support,Cost Estimates,Log Analysis,Petrel,BLM,Production Data,Productions operations,Petroleum Engineering,Engineering Analysis,Economic Analysis,Development Plans,Reservoir Characterization,Technical Support,Technical ReportsEmployment Type: Full TimeExperience: yearsVacancy: 1#J-18808-Ljbffr
