La tua missione In questa posizione, avrai l'opportunità di progettare e sviluppare soluzioni su IBM Planning Analytics , collaborando con team di esperti per fornire strumenti innovativi a clienti italiani ed esteri. Non sarai solo un tecnico, ma un vero partner strategico , capace di comprendere le esigenze di business e trasformarle in soluzioni efficaci. Cosa farai concretamente? Disegnerai e svilupperai soluzioni integrate sulla piattaforma IBM Planning Analytics. Ti occuperai della modellazione multidimensionale e della progettazione di flussi ETL. Creerai report e dashboard interattivi per supportare il decision-making aziendale. Lavorerai in team dinamici (3-8 persone) su progetti nazionali e internazionali. Quali competenze cerchiamo? Esperienza : almeno 3 anni su progetti di Performance Management in contesti complessi. Tecnologie : conoscenza di IBM Planning Analytics (o esperienza con Board, Anaplan, Tagetik, Oracle EPM...). Database : dimestichezza con Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 e linguaggi SQL/PL-SQL, MDX . ETL e Modellazione : competenze in progettazione di flussi ETL e modellazione dati Lingua Inglese : livello avanzato, per lavorare su progetti internazionali. Soft Skills che fanno la differenza Ottima capacità di interazione con il cliente e gestione delle relazioni. Attitudine al problem solving e al lavoro di squadra. Flessibilità e disponibilità a eventuali trasferte. Sede di lavoro : Rivoli (TO) con possibilità di modalità ibrida . Percorsi di formazione continua sulle tecnologie più avanzate.
