Assistant Night Manager | Caruso a Belmond Hotel<br>Reports to Front Office Manager.<br>Main Duties and Responsibilities<br>Deal with all Front Office operations (check in - check out - escorting - cashier operations - guests' care) according to company policies and procedures and compliance with our code of conduct.<br>Handle emergencies according to the relevant training.<br>Daily closure, cashier check for all hotel outlets, accounting reports, posting control, providing data to statistics and local government institutions.<br>Handle guests services last minute requests.<br>Requirements<br>Effective and punctual written and verbal communication.<br>Ability to work collaboratively within a group, showing respect and sharing information and skills.<br>Willingness to continuously develop oneself.<br>Accuracy and precision in all duties and checks carried out.<br>Qualifications<br>Excellent communication skills with guests and co-workers.<br>Detail and guest care oriented.<br>Fluent in English and Italian.<br>Possess a courteous and professional telephone manner.<br>At least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in luxury hotels.<br>Preferred knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards.<br>Preferred knowledge of PMS Infor HMS and Alice Concierge systems (not required).<br>Benefits<br>Seasonal Labor contract according to C.C.N.L.
