In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute and grow together.Join us in our exciting quest to build the future homeWhat you will do:Promote a collaborative relationship with key peers fostering standardization of the European contractual setup including (Purchasing, Logistics,Supply Chain, Sales, Product Line & Operations).Design and implement strategies for sourcing of Logistics activities.Supplier Relationship Management: ensure proper governance in place by holding a strong commercial relationship with suppliers & stakeholders.Search alternative and innovative logistics solutions to improve efficiency, promote sustainability and customer satisfaction.Drive and promote continuous improvement actions by leading activities among the team, stakeholders, and suppliers.Accountability on supplier cost performance & service level.Plan, organize and drive the best sourcing activities and tenders.Manage KPI’s and ensure compliance to contracted terms both internally & externally.Provide market insight and relevant information to the organization.Actively contribution in meetings, projects and events to streamline and improve the European logistics network.Who you are:Bachelor’s degree inSupply Chain, Logistics, Administration or Economics.Min 4 years of relevant and proven work experience in Logistics, Purchasing &Supply chain.Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.Strong leadership skills and leading cross-functional teams.Demonstrated ability to effectively manage strategic suppliers, including relationship building, performance, development, and integration.Knowledge of supplier processes and cost drivers.Proficiency inMicrosoft Office applications.Negotiation and interpersonal skills.Fluent English written and spoken; any other language is an asset.Where you’ll be:You will be based in Porcia in a modern office setting with more than 20 colleagues dedicated to Procurement Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance services across Europe.Benefits highlights:Flexible work hours/hybrid work environmentDiscounts on our award-winning Electrolux products and servicesFamily friendly benefitsInsurance policy planExtensive learning opportunities and flexible career pathAs part of the Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
