Before you apply, please read through our Cultural Manifesto ABOUT THE ROLE JOB TITLE: Partner Operations Assistant LOCATION: Hybrid (Milan – HQ, Via Cassala 30), 3 days per week in the office TYPE OF CONTRACT: Curricular Internship STARTING DATE: From April 1st SALARY RANGE: 800€/month + meal vouchers What you’ll do: Support the Supply Team in ticketing activities solving Travel Coordinators and Travel Producers inquiries Provide back office support for day‑to‑day operational tasks Manage ticket‑related requests, changes, and documentation through internal tools and systems Help keep internal processes organized, efficient, and as lean as possible Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth operational workflows Support monitoring of deadlines, priorities, and operational follow‑ups What we’re looking for: You are currently enrolled in a university or academic program that allows a curricular internship Availability for the full internship period (April to September) Interest in operations, back office activities, and the travel industry Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A proactive, hands‑on attitude and willingness to learn Confidence in using digital tools and internal platforms Good communication skills in Italian; good English command You will love working at WeRoad if: You dream big, aim higher, and push yourself beyond limits you didn’t think possible.
