About the Role We currently have an opportunity for a Guest Services Attendant / Luggage Porter to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milan, Italy What You Will Do Report into the Guest Services Manager. Provide guest transport and greet guests, assist with luggage during arrival and departure. Manage errands including deliveries and collections from guest rooms during their stay. Transport hotel packages and parcels. Ensure a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room. Assist guests at the Front of House Desk. Respond to a wide variety of guest requests, adding personal recommendations and touches to ensure guests receive the highest levels of service excellence. The work schedule requires coverage 24/7 based on 8‑hour shifts. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
