Palazzi Agency by Chabé is part of the Chabé Group, Europe’s leading provider of chauffeured transportation services for a luxury clientele. In Italy, Chabé operates through Palazzi Agency, with its head office in Rome and a satellite office in Milan, making Italy the Group’s second largest market. Joining Palazzi Agency by Chabé means becoming part of an international leader in luxury mobility, experiencing strong growth in Italy. Based in Milan, the Agency Director will be responsible for leading and developing the agency’s operations and team. Overseeing a staff of around 15 staff, the Director ensures operational excellence, service quality, and profitability while representing the brand to a discerning, international clientele. Leadership & Management Ensure proper onboarding, training, and professional development of all team members. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality and operational efficiency. Supervise daily operations, ensuring flawless service delivery and client satisfaction. Uphold Chabé’s high standards of quality and discretion at all times. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the agency’s commercial growth. Represent the agency at professional and client events, promoting its image and values. Experience: Minimum 5 years in operations, management or business unit leadership role, ideally within a premium service-oriented environment (hospitality, transport, events, luxury services, etc.). Languages: Fluent in Italian and English;
