National Director of Mobilization (Part-time, Volunteer)Position: National Director of Mobilization (Part-time, Volunteer)Location: USAEssential duties and expectations of the roleDevelop and lead MissionNext Regional Mobilization TeamsCreate and implement recruiting and retention strategies for Regional DirectorsTrain and develop all Regional Directors, including onboarding and offboardingRepresent MissionNext at mission conferences, church activities and other events to recruit and promote the Regional Director programWork with Regional Directors to increase awareness of MN in each regionGather and analyze information and statistics in each region to determine outreach opportunities and possible partnershipsParticipate in onboarding and orientationRespond in a timely manner to emails, voicemails and textsParticipate in meetings and conference calls when invitedComplete all assignments given by the direct supervisorTake part in ascribed training and learning in order to better fulfill the requirements of the positionRepresent MissionNext in all interactions (internal and external) with integrity and respectServe as unto the Lord – “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward.” (Colossians 2:23‑24)Other duties as assigned and agreed uponEducational / Experience / Skills Requirements for roleBachelor’s Degree in Communications or Public Relations and 5+ years in a ministerial, missions or pastoral role or equivalent education and experienceExperience with MS Office programs and virtual communication tools like Zoom requiredChrist‑follower, personable, excellent communication and people skills, comfortable and confident in abilities, spiritually matureSupervisionAll Regional Mobilizers report to this position. This position reports to the CEO.Working conditions / physical requirementsPreferred average hours per week 15‑20. Work is done remotely, and the Member will work from home using their own computer and internet. There will be much face‑to‑face contact with Regional Directors as well as contacts throughout the US Regions. Day‑to‑day contact is typically digital via tools such as email, telephone and video conferencing.Travel requirementsTravel to all US Regions as well as regional or national MissionNext meetings or gatherings is required.
