ATTIVITÀ Sviluppo e orchestrazione di agenti AI per l’automazione di processi aziendali nel settore Energy. Implementazione e ottimizzazione di algoritmi. Valutazione delle performance. SEDE DI LAVORO Milano (max 2 giorni/mese) e remoto. REQUISITI Almeno due anni di esperienza su progetti GenAI Applications. Forti competenze di sviluppo Python. API integration. Conoscenza di framework per l'orchestrazione di soluzioni agentiche e multi-agenti (Microsoft Agent Framework, LangChain, Semantic Kernel o equivalenti). Buona conoscenza di Azure Databricks, PySpark. Familiarità con Code-Lifecycle tramite Git (branching, merge, conflict handling, release flow) e CI/CD. Disponibilità a tempo pieno, immediata o a breve termine. Curiosità e disposizione ad apprendere nuovi linguaggi e tecnologie. Buone capacità di lavoro in team Agile/Scrum. Doti di ascolto attivo e comunicazione efficace.
