Installation, testing, and routine and extraordinary maintenance of medical equipment. Diagnosis and resolution of technical faults, both remotely and on-site. Training of medical and technical staff on the correct use of equipment. Preparation of intervention reports and updating of technical documentation. Collaboration with the sales and technical support teams to improve the customer experience. Compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.Competenze ed esperienzaDiploma or degree in technical disciplines (electronics, mechatronics , biomedical engineering or similar).Previous experience in technical support or similar roles.Knowledge of electronic and electromechanical systems and diagnostic software.Good knowledge of the English language.Availability to travel frequently within the area.Strong problem-solving and customer-focused skills.Completa l'offertaExcellent job opportunity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
