Role PurposeWe are seeking a Business Controlling Lead to drive the evolution of financial reporting and control processes. This role will directly influence operational efficiency and strategic decision‑making through a strong analytical and innovation‑oriented approach.Main ResponsibilitiesStandardise and automate monthly reporting on Automotive revenues and margins, including non‑financial KPIsSupport budgeting and forecasting activitiesConduct cost analysis and management controlDeliver strategic insights to senior managementKey AccountabilitiesPrepare and present monthly reports on operational and financial KPIsParticipate in monthly and annual closing processes, including external auditsCollaborate with Operations, Sales, and Product teams on budget and forecast planningContribute to margin improvement initiativesOptimise international financial processes with a focus on automationSkills and ExperienceStrong accounting and financial knowledgeProven experience in financial planning, control, and analysisEffective business partnering with senior teamsPositive attitude and ability to influence stakeholdersMinimum of four years’ experience in international environments (Auditing or Consulting background is a plus)Advanced problem‑solving capabilitiesTechnical RequirementsDegree in EconomicsFluent in English, both written and spokenProficient in SAP and ExcelExperience as a Finance Business PartnerExcellent communication and presentation skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
