OpenjobMetis Spa seleziona SALES ASSISTANT per conto di The Swatch Group Italia , holding multinazionale del settore del lusso.La persona individuata, riportando al Boutique Manager, contribuirà al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali gestendo le relazioni con la clientela e la vendita assistita.Garantirà inoltre la corretta presentazione dell'immagine del Brand.In particolare si occuperà di:Seguire e consigliare attivamente il cliente nelle scelte d’acquisto, in un’ottica di vendita assistita e nel rispetto del cerimoniale di vendita.Garantire servizio di assistenza tecnica post-vendita sul prodotto e la corretta applicazione della garanzia.Utilizzare tecniche di fidelizzazione della clientela ed alimentare quelle già in uso.Supervisionare le diverse modalità di pagamento.Garantire i processi di apertura e di chiusura della Boutique nel rispetto di una scrupolosa gestione dei preziosi, come previsto da procedura aziendale.Garantire, in collaborazione con i Merchandisers, la corretta esposizione dei prodotti secondo le direttive aziendali.Ulteriori attività:Garantire attività di analisi e di controllo dei prodotti presenti in stock.Garantire aderenza ai processi amministrativi e contabili.Requisiti professionali richiestiLa persona selezionata deve aver maturato una esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, possibilmente in contesti di vendita assistita.Deve avere una ottima conoscenza dei sistemi informatici (Office ed Outlook) e della lingua Inglese parlata e scritta (la conoscenza di eventuali ed ulteriori lingue straniere verrà considerata un plus).Completano il profilo:Capacità di comunicare e di relazionarsi in maniera efficace.Orientamento al cliente e capacità di gestirne criticità ed imprevisti.Iniziativa e proattività.Per la figura di sales assistant è previsto un inserimento diretto a tempo determinato da parte di The Swatch Group, prorogabile.Contratto full time 40 ore settimanali su turni nella fascia oraria 10-19.CCNL Commercio livello 3 (RAL indicativa 30.000 euro, da stabilire in base alle competenze della persona selezionata) + ticket da 8 euro.Sede di Lavoro: Cortina d’Ampezzo (BL) ( primo mese di affiancamento su store di Milano o Venezia ).#J-18808-Ljbffr
