Risk Manager, Denied Party Screening, DPS Configuration and Automation Compliance Amazon is seeking a Risk Manager to join our Denied Party Screening (DPS) team, focusing on new business onboarding risk assessments and sanctions screening processes. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end risk assessment for new business onboarding to DPS, leveraging data-driven insights to determine appropriate risk levels and configurations aligned with our Onboarding Risk Matrix. Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, RCS, and Operations teams to develop comprehensive business risk profiles and define their impact on DPS screening approach. Partner with the DPS Onboarding team to ensure seamless handoff from risk assessment to implementation, maintaining high standards throughout the transition process. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
