Our complementary business segments, Technology, Products and Services (TPS) and Project Delivery, turn innovation into scalable and industrial reality.Through collaboration and excellence in execution, our 17,000+ employees across 34 countries are fully committed to bridging prosperity with sustainability for a world designed to last.About the opportunity we offer:You will work inside the Modular Design Section that is in charge of the management of Proposals, Basic Engineering Design up to Detail Engineering Design of Modularized Onshore ProjectsKey interaction of the Weight Control Engineer is internally with Project teams, Procurement, Construction and others engineering disciplines; externally with Clients, Yard fabricators and Transport ContractorsThe Weight Control Engineer shall ensure that the weight management and philosophy of Modules meet project and client requirements, as well as international codes, Company specifications and industry standards and regulations.The role and your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:• Prediction of modules weight and location of center of gravity (CoG) during the preliminary design phase of the project• Preparation of Weight Control Procedures• Preparation of Weight Control Reports on a regular basis• Interface with Project Management Team and disciplines leaders to collect data of weights and Center of Gravity location• Review data provided by all engineering disciplines in terms of overall consistency with plant layout• Review and evaluation of any weight deviation or center of gravity variation and their effect on the limits set by the project and, when necessary, corrective actions• Identify and monitor weight implication due to design changesStarting Date: .About you:We love to hear from you and how you match with this position.
