Job TitleWe are currently seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Sales & Marketing Department at CAREL Headquarters in Brugine (Padova).
Role OverviewThis role will support the effective deployment of the Key Account Management process and collaborate with the KAM team.
The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities for assigned accounts.
Main ResponsibilitiesIn line with Group Key Account Management - HVAC standards and processes, and in coordination with global key account sales strategies, the successful candidate will:
- Contribute to setting guidelines and processes for strategic management of HVAC Key Accounts, leveraging the local sales structure; provide guidance and support to subsidiaries.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of Group key account HVAC sales processes, tools, and best practices.
In line with the company strategy and in coordination with main related stakeholders, the candidate will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with the key account sales team.
- Promote customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams for timely solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
- Relevant experience in multinational companies.
- Solid previous experience in sales, key account management, or relevant customer relationship roles managing multinational key accounts.
- Experience in the HVAC industry.
- Very good proficiency in English.
- Availability to travel frequently (about 30% of the time).
