The ideal candidate has a technical background in 3D design and a deep understanding of materials and construction techniques.ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth research on new materials, technologies, and sustainable solutions to drive product innovationDesign and develop forward‑thinking sneaker concepts that blend the brand’s DNA with future trendsCreate detailed technical packs and 3D models to support the prototyping phaseCollaborate with the Product Development team to ensure the feasibility and industrialization of new designsFollow the entire sample process, providing feedback and solutions to improve the final productExperiment with new construction methods to enhance comfort, performance, and aestheticsMaintain an organized archive of materials, sketches, and prototypesStay updated on global footwear trends and competitor activitiesEnsure the “Perfect Imperfection” philosophy is integrated into every innovative designRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in footwear design, specifically in sneaker or innovation rolesProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D modeling software (Rhino, Blender, or similar)Solid knowledge of footwear construction, mold making, and manufacturing processesStrong creative vision combined with a practical, problem‑solving approachAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projectsGood command of EnglishSkill in drawing by handWe are an equal‑opportunity employer and passionately believe that our strength lies in people’s uniqueness.
