Join us in transforming the visual landscape and making a substantial impact in the industry.AccountabilitiesDevelop creative concepts, designs, and layouts for Event Signage, including seating charts and welcome signs.Translate ideas into visual representations that align with brand identity, messaging, and objectives.Produce high‑quality digital and print assets adhering to brand guidelines, typography standards, and design principles.Design and refine brand identities, including logos, color schemes, and typography, ensuring cohesive branding across all platforms.Engage with clients via email to refine design work and make adjustments as needed.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality and creativity.Quoting projects as required through templated requirements, training provided.Requirements2.5+ years proven experience in a Graphic Design field.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools.Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects, creative concepts, and styles across both print and digital mediums.Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and branding.Awareness of current design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and visual communication.Excellent communication skills to present design concepts and incorporate feedback.Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.Work closely with a team of industry leaders who have successfully scaled BPOs.Career growth and development opportunities.Why Apply Through Jobgether?We use an AI‑powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
