Marketing Consultant, Industry Job Number: R Posted On: 12/05/2025 Location: Milan, Lombardy, Italy Responsibilities Collaborate with the Key Account Manager in the pre- and post-sales phases, namely the project phase, the campaign setup and monitoring phase, and the intermediate and final analysis phase Be able to propose and define the best promotional campaigns while respecting the Client’s KPIs Be able to interpret the results of ongoing campaigns and provide guidance to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency Analyze campaign results, providing added value and contributing to preparing resale Present learnings and recommendations to Clients with expertise and leadership Coordinate flows to the Media Services team, providing the necessary inputs for checking, finalizing, and modifying campaigns Qualifications University degree, preferably in Business Economics, Marketing/Trade Marketing, and/or a Master’s in Business Analytics or similar 2–3 years of prior experience in other modern, structured companies, preferably in the mass‑market consulting world in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, CRM roles Knowledge of the English language to collaborate with international teams (minimum desired level B1) Knowledge of Marketing and Digital Marketing principles gained through previous experience and/or studies Knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Desired Attributes Energy: responsiveness in handling requests and facing situations Proactivity: exceeding Client expectations Sense of responsibility, organization, and rigor: autonomy, meeting deadlines, coordinating the right resources Analytical skills: clear, organized, logical reasoning Teamwork skills: contributing your expertise to help grow the team’s skills; leveraging the team’s expertise to grow your own skills Interpersonal skills (internal/external): clear, structured, concise communication Critical Thinking: observing facts and using clear reasoning supported by experience Creativity: thinking outside the box, applying existing knowledge to new situations What We Offer Smart‑working 2 days per week Company mobile phone and laptop Continuous training A young and dynamic team and a flexible environment Meal vouchers of €7.5 per presence day Apply now to join a leading company in data‑driven marketing and shopper intelligence.
