Brand Manager – Julius Meinl Italia S.p.A. Julius Meinl is one of the oldest coffee roasters in the world and an iconic brand of Viennese coffee. From our headquarters in Vienna, we operate in more than 70 countries and passionately pursue our mission of bringing Viennese coffee culture to the world. To support the expansion of our marketing team, we are currently looking for a Brand Manager , initially hired on a 1‑year contract. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Brand Manager will support the Marketing team in managing ATL and BTL communication activities. The role will focus on driving brand promotion through visibility tools (both outdoor and indoor), events, and coordination of social responsibility initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and relevance. Key Responsibilities Manage signage and other brand visibility tools at customer locations Develop customized branding solutions for HoReCa clients Oversee the process for obtaining permits required for signage installation, coordinating external suppliers and technical studios Manage the marketing visibility budget Monitor and calculate advertising taxes related to signage Support the organization of events (trade fairs, marketing events, corporate events) Assist in coordinating marketing collaborations with non‑profit organizations Develop communication materials and POS assets Creativity, dynamism, strong communication and influencing skills Solid project‑management abilities Strong team‑player mindset Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and graphic design software Degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field Previous marketing experience (3 years), preferably in the food & beverage sector Please note that this selection is referring to a 1‑year contract.
