In this role, you will support our clients in designing, configuring, and optimizing their Atlassian Cloud environments (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and more), helping them improve collaboration, project management, and delivery processes. Work mode : 100% remote.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and understand client business processes to identify opportunities for improvementCollaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and implement solutionsAssist in configuring and optimizing Atlassian Cloud toolsSupport clients in adopting best practices and improving workflow efficiencyProvide guidance and support throughout project delivery and tool usageCompetenze richieste : RequirementsProven experience as an Atlassian Cloud Consultant or in a similar roleExperience with Atlassian Cloud solutions, including core tools for project management, collaboration, and service management (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket)Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skillsHands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian best practicesFluency in EnglishNice to have: German language skills.Join Us Become part of a team driven by innovation, belief in talent, and a commitment to excellence.
