This role involves overseeing and coordinating engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage engineering projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and testing. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables. Assist in risk management and problem‑solving activities. Ensure compliance with technical standards and quality requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives within project processes. Manage applications for public innovation funding, collaborating with the engineering team to analyze projects and produce necessary documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or a related discipline. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic knowledge of project management tools and methodologies is a plus. Preferred attributes Passion for engineering innovation. Availability for a 6‑month internship.
