The empowered NewCold Ferentino operations team is responsible to safely operate and maintain the state-of-the-art coldstore and to provide excellent logistics services to our customers.About the vacancy:The Maintenance Coordinator is in charge of maintenance and electrical aspects of machineries and entire site, facilities and equipment included:The availability of machinery and equipment must always be more than 95%100% focus on planned inspections and maintenanceCritical spare parts availability and 99% inventory complianceFull availability of technical documentation, completeness of control sheets, registers and reportsResponsibilitiesEnsure all electrical and mechanical systems are maintained and functioning to a high level to meet maximum operationalPreventive plans by maintenance programCheck records of preventive maintenance tasks completed and report any variations vs. planHave high quality for work instructions, labor, parts and costsGuarantee all routine works are planned and scheduled and any breakdown is carried out in such a way to minimize operational disruptionMonitoring and compliance of the sections planning and budgeting processMonitor work, operating and maintenance costs and lead corrective action to ensure compliance with agreed budgetManage a good inventory of spare parts, tools and equipment according to necessity and targetsReply efficiently to breakdown conditions to minimize equipment downtimeLiaise with key stakeholders to identify the impact of breakdown events on Customer Service and mitigate accordinglyUnder breakdown conditions, advise management about options to resolvePlan a regular reporting structure on technical operationsAble to successfully set priorities and use the systems available to ensure that plans and schedule are optimizedAbility to evaluate and manage height operations and rescueEnsure team is trained, skilled and able to fulfill their duties (according to the rescue at heights)Follow all company rules about quality requirements every timeEnsuring mitigation of any risk of incidentsFollow all procedures and reporting requirements in relation to legislation and the company QHSE policies and working instructionsQualificationsWho are we looking for?Very good communication skillsAble to ensure a smooth flow of information within the team and plantAbility to train, coach and collaborate with site personnelAbility to lead toolbox meetings and attend all management meetingsYou are:Effective communicator at all levels of the businessAble to make proposals for improvement procedures and/or optimization to operational processesShow consistency over time, has a proactive and collaborative approachHas transparent, clear communication and ensures impartial treatmentEngage and motivate a qualified and suitable technical teamEnsure the team is aligned with company values, vision and objectivesReady to make an impact?
