We use a modular approach: first we explore the highest-impact opportunities, then we design and deploy tailored solutions, and finally we help improve and maintain them over time.We believe in responsible, pragmatic AI: systems that integrate into real workflows, provide measurable value, and remain under your control.About The RoleWe’re looking for a Junior Backend Developer to join our team and help integrate our models and solutions into our clients’ cloud infrastructures.In this role, you will be responsible for co-designing, building and maintaining CRUD APIs, launching and orchestrating Machine Learning inference pipelines, and deploying the solution on the cloud.You will collaborate closely with UX designers, frontend developers and Machine Learning engineers, ensuring that AI components integrate into an end-to-end platform.What You’ll DoDesign, build, and maintain CRUD APIs to interact with users and serve the modelsDesign and build Computer Vision models inference pipelinesDeploy, monitor, and maintain applications in AWSTech StackWe use a mix of modern tools and languages. You’ll have the chance to explore and work with technologies like these:Languages: Python, TypescriptML Frameworks: PyTorchAPI Frameworks: FastAPI, Express.jsDatabases: PostgresCloud: AWSHybrid Work & ScheduleWe value collaboration, focus time, and flexibility, so we’ve built a hybrid setup that balances all three.Office location: Via Zuretti 34, 20125 MilanIf your commute to the office is under 1 hour, we usually meet 3 days per week in personIf you live farther away but still within the Milan metropolitan area, 2 days per week in person is enoughYou can also enjoy up to 20 “work-from-anywhere” days each yearWorking hoursMonday-Thursday: 8:30 - 17:45 CETFriday: 8:30 - 16:30 CETLunch: 13:00 - 14:00 (flexible)We don’t do on-call rotations, your evenings and weekends are your own.Commitment and ContractFull-time contract (tempo indeterminato)Up to 32k€ RAL, depending on experienceYearly bonus based on KPIs fulfilmentRecruiting ProcessHR Screening (15 min) : Company and role presentation, alignment on expectationsTechnical Interview (60 min) : Technical discussion on backend development and system design.
