HSE Specialist

Overview For our Grid Connection and Transformers Service Unit based in Monselice/Milan we are looking for a HSE Specialist. How youll make an impact Develop and implement policies and practices to identify/mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace. Identify potential workplace hazards unsafe equipment work practices and working conditions. Investigate accidents and liaising with engineers management and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence. Provide advice and training on safety protocols. Conduct audits and inspections on site to ensure compliance with organization and government standards related to employee health and safety and to environmental conditions. Maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries illness and absences to identify areas of concern and provide information required by regulatory agencies. Your background Bachelors degree in Engineering or related to HSE field. Previous work experience (2-3 years) in HSE management Interest for the industrial field. Proactivity attention to details and good communication skills You are fluent in Italian and English both oral and written.
