Role Overview: Stiamo cercando un Network Operations Engineer da inserire all'interno di alcuni data center HPE presenti in Lombardia La persona sarà di supporto al responsabile della fornitura di soluzioni nell'ambito di conti nominati; installazioni, manutenzione e riparazioni su apparecchiature del cliente, lavorando principalmente in loco per sistemi nuovi ed esistenti. Il team opera in un ambiente mission critical. The tasks will include (but not limited to): gestione di un'ampia gamma di richieste di assistenza, dalla riparazione e manutenzione di routine di hardware/periferiche, alla configurazione di componenti e al supporto di problemi tecnici per sistemi multipiattaforma complessi e di grandi dimensioni gestione degli obiettivi del cliente e identificazione delle conseguenze delle varie soluzioni. sviluppa piani di installazione e di escalation dei progetti. utilizzo delle procedure di monitoraggio proattive per identificare le opportunità di prevenzione dei problemi e i comportamenti irregolari del sistema fornisce al cliente una panoramica dell'attività di installazione, informazioni specifiche sul sito e accesso ai contatti appropriati mantiene un elevato livello di soddisfazione del cliente chiarendo le sue esigenze e assicurandosi che siano soddisfatte gestisce i problemi di relazione con i clienti in modo tempestivo e appropriato, e risolve i problemi in base alle procedure stabilite.
