The candidate should exhibit strategic leadership, innovative sales planning, and effective execution to meet business objectives, with experience in the BPO Sector.What you will be doing:Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement robust sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets in the general marketClient Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and retentionMarket Analysis: Monitor market trends to adjust strategies and maintain competitive advantageClient Engagement: Craft and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their specific requirementsPerformance Monitoring: Evaluate performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to senior managementCross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and support for sales effortsYou are the ideal candidate if you have:Minimum of 5 years in sales management, in BPOProven success in achieving and surpassing sales targetsProven track record in sales management, preferably within the Energy sectorStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in data analysis and CRM softwareAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAdvanced English proficiency (B2 level)Our offer:Full-time position with a hybrid work environmentPermanent Role - CCNL TelecomunicazioniCompetitive Salary + Meal Ticket and Annual BonusLocation VimercateTravel required to meet clients across ItalyThe selection will take place after reading the information notice according to Art. 13 EU Reg. 679/2016.
