Rock Group Italy, the Italian Hard Rock Cafe franchisee, is seeking a talented and dynamic Sales Manager for our Milan Cafe, reporting directly to the Cafe General Manager.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in a Sales & Marketing role with high-volume exposure in the restaurant, hotel, or tourism industry
  • Experience in the MICE environment
  • Strong online affinity and Social Media expertise
  • Ability to effectively pitch and present propositions and info in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, partners , and other employees of the organization.
  • Genuine enthusiasm and attitude for serving people and creating memorable events
  • Ability to design and sell win-win propositions to corporate clients
  • High level of business acumen and common sense
  • Strong problem-solving skills through diagnosing and implementing solutions
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Ability to comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas.
  • Multiple language abilities are a plus; fluency in English required .

TASKS

  • Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Google, Hyp3r, Hootsuite).
  • Procure and maintain high store traffic through active selling to companies, MICE operators, international universities, Italian schools, tour guides, and hotels.
  • Track and analyze main KPIs, update CRM and other reporting platforms.
  • Design and implement external programs to drive sales.
