Job OverviewQualcomm Europe, Inc. Italy Branch Office is recruiting a Supply Chain Associate for a 6‑month full‑time contract. The role will support inventory management, logistics coordination, and production scheduling to ensure an efficient flow of products while maintaining high quality and cost controls.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate purchasing, inventory management, and logistics to maintain material availability and optimal product flow.Track and manage purchase orders ensuring timely and accurate processing.Collaborate with suppliers to secure punctual deliveries and quality of raw materials.Plan and coordinate production with EMS based on production schedules, material availability, and finished‑goods demand.Maintain production and inventory data in the management system.Facilitate clear communication of information between departments such as production, logistics, and sales.Analyze supply‑chain data to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and planning orders to avoid excesses or shortages.Engage in demand forecasting and production planning, responding appropriately to variations.Troubleshoot unforeseen operational problems in coordination with stakeholders to ensure timely solutions.Required Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.Knowledge of supply‑chain management processes and optimization.Proficiency with supply‑chain software and MS Office, especially Excel.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Problem‑solving ability and competence under pressure.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Experience requirements are indicative; equivalent experience and the ability to perform the tasks will be considered.Benefits & Working ConditionsCompetitive salary, flexible working hours and locations, a dynamic and culturally diverse environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a mission‑driven company that empowers people worldwide.Equal Opportunity StatementQualcomm is an equal‑opportunity employer.
