Senior Sales Associate Join Jimmy Choo as a Senior Sales Associate and help define a global luxury brand. About Jimmy Choo Jimmy Choo is a leading global luxury brand known for exquisite Italian craftsmanship and fine attention to detail. With over 200 stores worldwide, we inspire confidence and glamour in every client experience. What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional customer service by mastering product knowledge and providing personalized styling advice. Build and maintain a robust client database, demonstrating the luxury lifestyle in all interactions. Resolve customer complaints promptly, turning challenges into lasting loyalty. Support inventory management by replenishing stock and participating in stock-taking activities. Represent Jimmy Choo at promotional events and store activities, presenting brand excellence. Contribute ideas and suggestions that drive store performance and elevate the customer experience. Requirements Strong customer service orientation with an enthusiasm for luxury fashion. Professionalism under all circumstances and ability to go the extra mile to achieve sales targets. Experience in retail sales and customer engagement; initial confidence (IC) gained in similar environments is acceptable. Excellent communication, organizational, and basic math skills.
