We are looking for a Product Manager - Refrigeration to join our team, responsible for the full lifecycle of our global refrigeration product lines. This is a great opportunity to shape strategy, drive innovation, and work cross-functionally in a dynamic, international environment. The role reports to the Director of Product Management & Marketing and is based in Belluno (Italy) or can be performed remotely with a mix of office and smart working. Responsibilities Conduct research and analyze customer needs to identify product opportunities Develop and maintain a global product roadmap for refrigeration offerings Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and project management teams Define and prioritize features based on market trends, customer feedback, and compliance Drive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and communications Continuously evaluate product performance and recommend improvements Monitor industry trends and maintain competitive awareness in the refrigeration sectors Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships Develop business cases and high-level requirements for new product proposals Support the sales team with tactical execution plans Oversee the full food service product portfolio and lifecycle Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field Experience in product management, ideally within the refrigeration industry Strong knowledge of electronic controls Solid understanding of refrigeration components, systems, and applications Excellent interpersonal, customer-oriented, and execution skills Fluent in Italian and English Preferred Qualifications Experience working in international teams or global organizations Knowledge of a third language is a plus (e.g., German, French, Spanish) Our Commitment to Our People Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
