Your Challenge As an Analytics Engineer your mission will be to drive the development and optimization of our data analytics and visualization capabilities, enabling business teams to make informed decisions and accelerate digitalization. Some of the main activities will be: Design, update, and optimize executive dashboards to deliver meaningful, easy-to-understand insights, following established standards for data visualization and user experience. Establish, clearly define, and continuously update key business metrics to guarantee accuracy and consistency in analytics and reporting. Build, refine, and manage data queries and ELT pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and high performance. Establish and advocate for standards and best practices in dashboard development, collaborating and upskilling colleagues and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to continuously improve data sourcing, reporting, and overall analytics capabilities. Support the integration of advanced analytics and machine learning models into dashboards and data flows, contributing to data science initiatives that enhance business value. Participate in the design and deployment of predictive analytics and data-driven automation, learning to apply data science methodologies to real-world challenges. Required entry qualifications You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract You are fresh graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field Basic familiarity with Python, SQL or other programming languages commonly used in data science Experience in data analysis, dashboarding or analytics engineering is a strong plus Proficiency in English and Italian Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a changing environment Passion to never-stop growing Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge Eligibility to work in Italy What We Offer Flexibility: a trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results, hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computer and smartphone; wi-fi connection reimbursement.
