Join Us as a Quality Assurance Engineer We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective maintenance and execution of Quality System processes. In this role, you will also provide continuous support for the improvement of company processes through close collaboration with process owners. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, customer‑specific standards, and relevant quality certifications such as ISO 9001, AS9100, AS13001, and AS13100. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals across engineering, production, and corporate teams, in a setting that blends the rigor of global industry standards with the agility of a forward‑looking company. Your key responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams to achieve quality goals and meet deadlines; Support internal and external audits, including those from certification bodies; Apply problem‑solving techniques (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, PDCA, etc.) in case of non‑conformities or potential escapes; Support internal training activities related to Quality Assurance; Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Manager in supplier management and customer communications. Your Skill Set: Master Degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Management Engineering or a related field. Outstanding proven experience: 2–7 years of experience working with Quality Assurance / Internal Audit / Manufacturing processes System Thinking: knowledge of company quality processes and document management; Quality Standards: ISO 9001, AS9100, AS13000, AS13001, AS13100, AS9117; familiarity with TUV certification process and procedures. Auditing and Lean Management: auditing techniques according to ISO19011, 5S methodology, and general lean principles; Support Activities: experience in delivering internal quality training; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Business Central ; Italian language proficiency (C1 level minimum) and English language proficiency (B2 minimum level).
