Asa Junior Project Controller, some of your main activities will be: Booking of a broad kind of business operations Invoicing, credit notes, goods receipt and stock items control Payment requests, workflows, planning of revenue, registration of claims, cost control, export control checks, provisions register and maintenance Provide project reporting and analysis as required Support internal and external audits Ensure project accounting is aligned with Government accounting standards as well as company policies and procedures Interact with support teams including Corporate Accounting, IT, HR, Contracts, and Supply Chain Management and International stakeholders Contributing to the digital initiatives of the company Initial support to the Project Controller in managing the projects, updating and checking the project costing, and participation in handover meetings in preparation for future independent management. Required entry qualifications: You are under 29 and a fresh graduate in master s degree in economics or management engineering A 3-month finance internship experience is a plus as well as an international experience Aspiration to develop a finance path and grow Genuine interest for digitalization Knowledge of office 365, SAP, Mendix will be a plus Ability to work in team, sometime located abroad, and think about everything from the customer perspective Passion to never-stop growing Respect and appreciation of each person s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge Proficiency in English and Italian Eligibility to work in Italy What we offer Flexibility: trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results; hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computer and smartphone; wi-fi connection reimbursement.
