In this global CCUS Solution Architect role, you define the strategic roadmap for holistic carbon management solutions and scout technologies to expand our portfolio. You will drive opportunities from early engagement through pilots, collaborating with sales, engineering, and regional teams to commercialize new technologies and business models. You lead cross-functional efforts to define technology suites, coordinate qualifications, and sustain a robust opportunity pipeline focused on CO2 capture, compression, pumping, and liquefaction. - Lead development of global CCUS opportunities and maintain a solid pipeline
- Partner with sales and regional teams to implement customer engagement and early-stage commercialization
- Collaborate with engineering to define technology/solutions portfolios for projects
- Coordinate technology qualification efforts with customers, EPCs, licensors, and stakeholders
- Lead cost-estimating activities (AACE Class 4/5) across opportunities with Demand Generation Managers
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities and cost-estimating tools
- Support pilot projects and new business models in CCUS applications
- Coordinate cross-functional support required for budget proposals
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas and Industrial markets with roles like proposal manager, cost estimator, or process/plant design
- Consolidated experience in proposal preparation and AACE-aligned cost estimating
- Background in technology licensing and/or EPC contracting; knowledge of CO2 capture, compression, pumping, and liquefaction advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication; English fluency essential
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with an inclusive, team-oriented approach
