Candidati

Ricerchiamo per Azienda Chimico – Farmaceutica, una risorsa da inserire in organico in qualità di  "Technology Transfer Specialist"  per lo stabilimento produttivo di Pomezia (RM)".

All'interno del reparto di Technology Transfer (TT), il/la candidato/a si occuperà di:

· Acquisire la documentazione, regolatoria e tecnica, necessaria alla valutazione di fattibilità di nuovi prodotti al fine di permettere lo sviluppo di un progetto di TT;

· Ad avvio progetto, fornire supporto al reparto per la gestione del flusso, che coinvolge il team interfunzionale aziendale adoperato nella valutazione di fattibilità, nei tempi previamente definiti;

· Raccogliere e revisionare, con il coordinamento del responsabile di reparto, le valutazioni redatte dai reparti funzionalmente coinvolti nel progetto;

· Collaborare con il Responsabile di reparto nell'elaborazione dei documenti di transfer come il Technology transfer Plan e il "GANTT" di progetto;

· Interfacciarsi in maniera costante ed operativa con tutte le funzioni aziendali e con i partners al fine di monitorare i progetti in corso;

· Collaborare alla redazione di convalide di processo dei nuovi prodotti e coadiuvare il responsabile di reparto nel confronto con le società che trattano la convalida dei filtri, con l'obiettivo di definire le migliori strategie di validazione per i prodotti in fase di trasferimento. 

  Requisiti

· Laurea in discipline scientifiche (CTF, Farmacia, Biologia, Biotecnologie, Ingegneria chimica)

· Almeno 1-2 anni di esperienza in Dipartimenti di Technology Transfer/Quality Assurance/Compliance di aziende produttrici di farmaci iniettabili (polveri e liquidi);

· Completa comprensione dei requisiti normativi e GMP;

· Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.;

· Capacità di lavorare in team

· Buone doti analitiche, buone capacità comunicative ed organizzative ed un forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi;

 Il pacchetto retributivo sarà commisurato all' esperienza della risorsa selezionata
