Your development is supported by opportunities to learn from peers and leaders through varied, high‑impact projects.About the RoleThe role is based in Mira (VE), Italy, supporting transformation in our production facility and engaging directly with factory teams. You will work hand in hand with business leadership to implement business, process, data and technology standards as part of a global transformation programme. You will ensure business‑unit and site‑specific demands are considered, monitor factory support services, coordinate communications and escalations during critical situations, and champion a healthy and stable factory IT ecosystem.Your responsibilitiesActivate IT&D initiatives in the factories and drive global programme deployment.Guarantee that IT&D services are properly applied through our partner to the site for an effective user experience.Establish clear communication lines with factory leadership and secure stakeholder buy‑in for the transformation journey.The experience we're looking forDegree qualified or equivalent.Six or more years of experience in a complex, global organisation; FMCG experience is desirable but not essential.Demonstrable manufacturing‑process understanding and proficiency; experience with IT Operating Model, Industrial Automation and Industry 4.0.Project Management and Change Management skills desirable.Knowledge of key Industrial Automation and Data Analytics systems desirable.The skills for successExcellent business partnering: build relationships within the Reckitt Manufacturing community and the global IT&D communities.Confidence to guide and challenge leaders through superior communication and presentation skills.Ability to work within a matrix environment, providing support and deliverables for Solutions Delivery and Demand Management.Oversight on the relationship and execution of manufacturing operations with sufficient process knowledge to present solutions or articulate problems to technical teams.Sound judgment, strong IT&D and commercial acumen, and persistent focus on outcomes aligned with business goals.Ensure global technical and information standards are implemented and complied with.Proactive, self‑starter who can network, learn, make decisions independently, clarify and document unclear situations, set standards and drive uncertainty out.Thrives in a fast‑moving, demanding, dynamic and ambiguous environment with personal integrity to enact positive change and continuously seek improvement opportunities.Responsibility for overseeing and delivering, through our partner, a good level of service and effective user experience with IT&D equipment and infrastructure.What we offerWe support wellbeing through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program for mental health, life insurance for all employees worldwide and a range of other benefits aligned with local markets.
