Head of Analytics, EMEA Aon is seeking a Head of EMEA Analytics for our Reinsurance Solutions division. Join our industry-leading team and play a key role in getting results for our clients by providing innovative and impactful analytics solutions throughout our EMEA Reinsurance operations. As the Head of EMEA Analytics, you will serve as both a strategic and operational leader , guiding data-driven strategies, innovation, and business expansion within Aon’s EMEA Reinsurance Actuarial and Catastrophe Modeling teams . This position calls for an accomplished executive with strong experience in analytics leadership, client relations, and developing talent. You’ll oversee a top-performing analytics team, encourage collaboration across functions, and promote a culture focused on excellence and ongoing improvement. Hybrid role based in one of our European offices (e.g.: Hamburg, Madrid, Milan, Prague, Zurich). What the day will look like Strategic & Financial Leadership Define and implement the EMEA Reinsurance analytics strategy aligned with Aon’s business objectives. Ability to lead teams across multiple areas of expertise including Cat and Actuarial. Alongside local and global management drive a vision and strategy that ensure the analytical capabilities of Aon’s EMEA reinsurance business are market leading. Drive revenue growth through data innovation, predictive modeling, and actionable insights. Lead budgeting and resource allocation for analytics initiatives across EMEA. Client Engagement & External Impact Serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients, delivering high-impact analytics solutions that address complex business challenges.
