PCM Coordinator

JoinWärtsiläas a PCM Coordinator in Genova, Italy. This is a permanent role focused on Parts Coordination Management under Wärtsilä Global Logistics Services. You will support our Marine sector customers to deliver fast and high‑quality spare‑part quotations, orders and claim resolutions.ResponsibilitiesHandle and coordinate quotes and orders according to working procedures, guidelines and local requirements.Act as the link between customers and the various departments involved in the spare‑parts delivery process.Ensure the highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders.Ensure the quality of spare‑part sales documents.Ensure correct customer master data and handling instructions are used when processing quotations and orders.Follow up quotes with customers before they expire and provide feedback to sales teams.Follow up the order book and maintain strong customer relationships.Communicate parts‑delivery information to customers in a timely manner.Coordinate with the supply‑chain of parts deliveries according to agreed process.QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree (technical or commercial).Fluency in English.Knowledge of SAP and supply‑chain concepts is a plus but not required.Travel of approximately 10% may be required to meet customers worldwide, although most meetings will be held virtually.About Our Culture Wärtsilä values empowerment, ownership and responsibility.
