Your missionImpact Measurement & InsightsGo beyond reporting: assess why something worked (or didn’t) using controlled experiments, causal inference, and advanced analyticsProvide decision-making clarity – not just reportsCross-Brand Marketing AnalyticsEnable marketing analytics across multiple brandsOwn attribution modeling and campaign performance tracking across channels like Influencer, Performance, CRM, and emerging opportunitiesBuild scalable systems to measure, compare, and improve marketing ROIBehavioral AnalysisAnalyze user journeys, conversion funnels, and behavioral signalsUncover patterns that influence acquisition, retention, and roadmap planningModeling & ExperimentationDesign and execute A/B tests and CRO initiativesApply regression analysis, experimentation frameworks, and other statistical methods to support product & marketing growthMentorship & Technical SparringMentor fellow analysts and contribute to a strong, collaborative analytics cultureHelp raise standards across methodology, communication, and documentationData Products & StandardsBuild and maintain robust models and visualizations – focused on clarity and action, not dashboards for the sake of dashboardsImprove internal workflows, tooling, and documentation standards with the broader data teamYour profileHere’s what you will take care ofAs a Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d) , you will take an active role in shaping marketing decision across multiple brands within the 7NXT Health Group (BuddyFit, Gymondo & 7Mind).Reporting directly to the Head of Data, you will partner closely with Marketing & Product Managers, Heads of Marketing and cross-functional leadership to drive insights that truly matter and making campaignes succesful – moving beyond surface metrics and dashboards to challenge assumptions, guide decisions and measure real business impact.Skills & RequirementsYou are a data-driven marketing professional who combines technical expertise with a strategic mindset.Education: A Master’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.Marketing Analytics Expertise : 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing (or equivalent knowledge gained through projects or work), business intelligence, or a related field, with a strong understanding of attribution modeling, A/B testing, CRO methodologies, and digital marketing strategies.Technical Skills : Proficiency in advanced SQL and dbt (or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to these tools), along with experience using industry-grade visualization tools like Tableau; Python experience is a plus.MarTech Mastery : Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Analytics, Firebase, Google Tag Manager, Rudderstack, Adjust, and A/B testing tools (e.g., VWO, Amplitude).Marketing Platform Experience : Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and CRM tools like Braze, Zoho, or Emarsys.CRO Knowledge : Proven track record in running and analyzing A/B tests and driving user journey improvements through data insights.Collaboration and Communication : Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align teams and present insights effectively.Strategic and Analytical Mindset : A proactive problem solver who can derive actionable insights from complex data and align them with business goals.What we offer• Possibility of vertical growth: you won’t find any corporate career scheme, if you contribute to the success of the products we launch, you will directly profit in terms of career and compensation.• Youthful and easy environment, we like to have fun and we believe in the importance of the team.
