Prepare simple formulations and adjust formulas based on quality checks. Record results, conduct simple calculations, and prepare basic technical summaries or reports. Document all formulation steps accurately in the lab notebook. Perform equipment audits and routine maintenance checks. Set up equipment and mix chemical solutions by following instructions, SOPs, and checklists. Assist colleagues with simple operations or tasks as needed. Use laboratory software and digital tools to record and manage data. Comply with all safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment. Perform routine safety checks on laboratory instruments to ensure proper operation. Requirements Mandatory experience in the paint/coatings industry (1-2 years minimum). Previous laboratory work experience. Ability to execute simple formulations and follow established testing procedures. Basic data‑analysis capability and accurate documentation skills. Ability to organize work efficiently and follow instructions and checklists carefully. Attention to detail and reliability in performing repetitive or routine tasks. Basic computer literacy for data entry and report preparation. Intermediate English level B2. High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a chemistry‑related vocational qualification.
